New Users Cannot Access Address Book (Doc ID 1301010.1)

New users cannot access their Address Book in Communications Express.

When a new user logs in to Comms Express and clicks the Address Book tab, they see an error page showing a  java.lang.NullPointerException error.

When the user performs a re-login and clicks the Address Book tab again, there is no longer an error message but the address book is not created.
