In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (OFSPM) 5.2.2, you create a new Dynamic Driver Allocation rule.  On the "Driver" screen, you select a Data Filter or Group Filter.  You complete the Allocation definition and save.  When you go back and edit this Allocation and go to the Driver screen, the filter is missing and the list of filters is empty.  You can no longer see the Data or Group Filter on the Driver screen.

Note: The filter is still assigned in the internal table FSI_M_ALLOC_DETAILS.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Profitability Management
  2. Go to Rule Specification > Allocation Specification
  3. Create a Dynamic Driver Allocation
  4. On the Driver screen, select a Data Filter or Group Filter
  5. Complete the Allocation Rule and Apply
  6. Edit the Allocation Rule again
  7. Go to the Driver screen
The Filter list is empty.
