Security Config: Unable To Enable Save only for Customer Markets tab (Doc ID 1302178.1)

Goal

The intent of this article is to provide the set of steps to enable the "Save" button for only the Markets tab of the Customer module. As a result of this the "Save" button would be available for use but the fields present in all the other tabs/screens (other than the Markets tab) of the Customer module shall be disabled for any editing operations. This way the user can make modifications to the Markets information alone without being able to modify any other information pertaining to the same customer under edit.
