On : 12.1.1 version, Reports and Dashboards
When attempting to create a Custom responsibility with "MSC_SCA_TOP_4.0" menu of "Supply Chain Analyst" responsibility, we are not able to access Supply Chain Analyst Dashboard Access functionality. The following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom responsibility with seeded responsibility details
2. Try to access "Supply Chain Analyst Dashboard Access" functionality
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
It works fine in the seeded responsibility, however, the business does not want to use the seeded responsibility, they want to customize the menu as per business requirements.
