Outlook Connector display of calendar permissions not consistent with Communications Express (UWC) and Convergence
Last updated on NOVEMBER 15, 2017
Applies to:Oracle Communications Connector for Microsoft Outlook - Version: 7.3u1
Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Outlook Connector, login as the owner of "cal1", and grant permission to a specific user "test5" for "availability" only (not "invite").
The resulting access control entries (ACEs):
# ./cscal -v list firstname.lastname@example.org:cal1
The display in Outlook Connector is inconsistent with Communications Express (UWC) and Convergence:
- opening the calendar permissions in Outlook Connector again, it displays "availability" and "invite" access for user "test5".
- Communications Express and Convergence display the calendar permissions as "availability" only (no "invite") for user "test5".
