ASAP Jinterpreter File Classpath Issue

Symptoms
CLASSPATH in ASAP JInterpreter gets appended every time a Cartridge is deployed which creates duplicate entries for the classpath.
### Steps to Reproduce ###
1. Deploy any cartridge (using 'installCartridge')
2. Undeploy the cartridge (using 'uninstallCartridge')
3. Deploy the cartridge
4. Repeat the above process for 3-4 times
3. check the classpath entries in JInterpreter file under $ASAP_BASE/programs/
