Goal

When trying to start CC&B in a Dev/TCAT environment on Windows 2008 SP2 64, the following error occurs:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: <SPLEBASE>\runtime\xaiapp_com_splwg_base_support_cobol_host_sockets_WindowsPipeSocket.dll: Can't load AMD 64-bit .dll on a IA 32-bit platform
