ORA-01438 During ALM Process (Doc ID 1302901.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Asset Liability Management (ALM) process,  the following error occurs in the debug log.

Error
insert into RES_DTL_XXXX(ORG_UNIT_ID, GL_ACCOUNT_ID,
COMMON_COA_ID, PRODUCT_ID, iso_currency_cd, result_sys_id,
financial_elem_id, scenario_num, start_date_index,
....etc

followed by:

INSERT Oracle Error: ORA- 01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column Driver Function: drv_oci::Execute()

Steps:
1. Run ALM process with Show All SQL on in the Application Preferences.
2. Check the debug log.
3. Found ORA-01438 error.
