In Oracle Retail Point Of Service (ORPOS), the registers are being allocated TCP ports dynamically when they communicate with the store server. A couple of common ports are used for initial communication (e.g., 1300, 34779) but after that ports are accessed randomly over a large range (36316-60380). Specific port numbers need to be known and should be configurable.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start the POS client and server.
- Observe random port allocation using a network tracing tool.
