TP Process Fails with User Requested Termination, Signal 4 and Signal 6 (Doc ID 1303339.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Transfer Pricing (TP) 4.5.39, when you run a TP process against thousands of records that use Payment Schedules, you get the following error message in the ofstp.xxxx file after a few thousand records have been processed:

Running TP, Process ID: 101236 Configuration ID: 100056
Error(Oracle Financial Services Application error) (905002) Child died with signal 6.

Error(Oracle Financial Services Application error) (905002) Child died with signal 4.
Error(Oracle Financial Services Application error) (905003) Core file renamed to core.49937.0.

You can run the TP Process successfully against a smaller set of records and you have been able to run the process successfully in the past.  The OFSA_PAYMENT_SCHEDULE table is populated with valid payment records.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle Transfer Pricing
  2. Go to File > Open > Process ID
  3. Run the Process ID

The process fails with a signal 4 / signal 6 error.
