Cartridge Redirecting Log Into ASAP.Console File (Doc ID 1303458.1)

Symptoms

The ASAP.Console file records the startup errors. It should not contain the logs of any cartridge or request/response of Network element. However, currently the cartridge is redirecting the request and response log to ASAP.console.
