Clinical Trial Cases Are Not Appearing In AERS Case Browse for some users only. (Doc ID 1304008.1)

AERS 4.6.1

In AERS, Case entry is done with the criteria as Report SOURCE is CLINICAL TRIAL after performing the data entry the Case disappears and it will not be available in any work-flow even in SUPERUSER login the same case doesn't exists.

If Superuser manually attempts to open these CLINICAL TRIAL cases only they get the below warning:

EN:-20074 You do not have permission to open this case.


Other Cases e.g. LITERATURE, SPONTANEOUS appear in case browse for the same user and product just fine.

Additionally some other users are able to retrieve same cases.
