While setting up the load balancer with CC&B, and it would be of help to use a URL similar to http://<HOSTNAME>/ to reach CC&B. However, when accessing CC&B this way (without specifying cis.jsp at the end) it loads the "Welcome to the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing V2.3.1 Server" page with the five different links to log into CC&B. Is there a way to configure CC&B to load cis.jsp by default instead of the Welcome page?
