When Attempting To Run Averify Recieve Error: Could Not Find The Main Class: Files. Program Will Exit (Doc ID 1304158.1)

When attempting to run Averify, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install latest version of Averify
2. Run Averify
