The Asset Inspection Score Turns Negative if any item is deleted in the Observation View. (Doc ID 1304420.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

In the Asset Condition Module when trying to capture asset inspection and its score,  the asset inspection score in the condition data section of the header turns negative if any entry is deleted from the Observations view.

From On Line Help, the idea is that the Inspection Score, previous score, asset class, condition rating, and condition basis are CALCULATED BY THE SYSTEM based on the condition assessment, observations, and and previous data entered.

And also, per the Post Delete Observations trigger:

inspection_score= (round(:parameter.inspection_score,4) * -1)

BUT.. taking a scenario while entering the Observation,  in case anything gets entered by mistake and is deleted after that, the score is negative and the asset inspection record won't be considered in the Grade Classification of the Asset Class.
