Questions Not Greyed Out After Selecting Indicator Question (Doc ID 1304605.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

For a Data Collection Module (DCM) with Indicator question, a question group is active when it shouldn't

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
Create 2 DCMs  both with Indicator questions
Add both DCMS to a single DCI
Make Active and Available for Data Entry in RDC (Remote Data Capture)
Perform Data Entry via RDC (Remote Data Capture)
The first Indicator Question as is as expected.
When selected, the set of Question Group questions associated with the indicator question are greyed and disabled.
For the 2nd Data Collection Module (DCM) one of the question columns of the Question Group is not greyed out
All the other columns are greyed at as they should be
The one column not greyed out out also allows for data entry, which it should not.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

Unable to limit access to questions which is a major requirement
