Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to start the OracleXE listener, it fails with the following error(s):
1. The OracleXETNSListener service on the local computer started then stopped
2. Windows could not start the OracleXETNSlistener "Windows System Error 1067"
3. "Unable to connect to the database. Would you like to configure the database connection now?"
