Coding Fails In Adverse Event Reporting System After Partial Data Migration (Doc ID 1306083.1)

Symptoms

After performing a partial data migration from a production instance to a test instance, according to Appendix B of the Oracle Adverse Event Reporting System Installation Guide, the following error is noted when trying to code a term in AERS:



FRM-40735 KEY-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422.
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "AERS1.AERS_DICT_FUNCTIONS2", line 1047
ORA-06512: at "AERS1.AERS_DICTIONARY_API", line 1660
ORA-06512: at "AERS1.AERS_DICTIONARY_API", line 1965



Review of the TMS_DICT_CONTENTS table shows that there are duplicate entries for every term.
