Goal

How do we find and delete mail messages containing attachments with a certain filename pattern (e.g. "01-01-2011-xx.pdf") ?
The emails also have the same domain in the message header field "From", and the same Subject.

This document describes how to use imexpire with sieve to find and delete such emails.
