ISSUE:

Any PSUB job fails with the error: 79940: Completed with RECEIVE_FAILED status

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
[Definition][Validation Procs][Procedure], then select <procedure>. Press F8 to get all validation procedures. Pick the first one, go to [Special] on the menu bar, then choose [Generate Proc].
