"Could Not Complete Login" Error Received for Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) 13.2 (Doc ID 1306830.1)

After installing Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) 13.2 and trying to access ReIM application using ADMIN user included in IM_USER_AUTHORIZATION table, login fails with the below message:

Caused by: com.retek.reim.merch.utils.ReIMException: Invalid username or com.retek.reim.manager.LoginServiceImpl.validateLocalUserUsingDatabase(
at com.retek.reim.manager.LoginServiceImpl.login(

Steps to Recreate:

1. Install ReIM 13.2 application.
2. Notice that wallet has not been setup.
3. Try accessing ReIM 13.2 application using ADMIN/retek.
4. Notice the error: "Could not complete login."
