CCB, ETM, BI, and RMB With LDAP Authentication Login Error Message For Expired / Unauthorized Users

The customer has configured LDAP authentication to CC&B/WebSpehere. This potentially allows everyone to pass the CC&B login screen, and they just get a 401 Error if they don't have security access to login to CC&B.
This is expected. However, they were suggesting to have a more user friendly message that would tell them why the login failed, instead of a 401 error.
This error also shows when the user logs in and his access is expired (User Group expiry).
