One of the upgrade sql to update purchased_product_cycle_fees_t is failing with unique constraint error for for products that have more than one row in account_cycle_feess_t table.

UPDATE purchased_product_cycle_fees_t pcf
SET (obj_id0) =
(SELECT poid_id0
FROM purchased_product_t pp
WHERE pcf.obj_id0 = pp.obj_id0 and
pcf.rec_id2 = pp.rec_id);

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P047, instance vfaus533-app1:BRM01P4 (4)
ORA-00001: unique constraint (PINPAP.I_ACT_CYCLE_FEES__ID) violated

select column_name from dba_ind_columns where index_name = 'I_ACT_CYCLE_FEES__ID';

Steps to reproduce

1. Get the BRM 7.0 DB with account having products that have multiple records in ACCOUNT_CYCLE_FEES_T for given product.
2. Run upgrade 70_73.
3. While running upgrade_account_product_split.sql it is getting the error for unique constraint violated
