Applied TMS iPatch 4.6.0.22 (Patch 6681404) in preparation for running the TMS 4.6.1 database upgrade (4.5.2 to 4.6.1)

Received the following error in the log.

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

insert into tms_def_dict_domains

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00947: not enough values
