Symptoms

The MTA seems to ignore the randommx channel option.

I use several outbound relay MTAs and want to keep them all about equally busy.   I placed the "randommx" keyword on the appropriate channel definitions in the imta.cnf file, did imsimta cnbuild, and restarted job_controller, but the results are not even.  One of the MTAs gets nearly half the load, not the 25% I expected.
