Agile Application Server Does Not Start Up After the Agile Schema Password is Changed Due to the Agile Schema Password Containing Upper Case (Doc ID 1308653.1)

On : version, When attempting to use upper case in DB password, the application server no longer connects
the following error occurs: "Invalid username/password "

Changed the password for the agile schema on the database.  Now Agile will not startup.  

Receiving error:  WARNING: Code-source /u01/OAS10gR3/oracle/product/ (from manifest of

/u01/OAS10gR3/oracle/product/ has the same filename but is not identical to

/u01/OAS10gR3/oracle/product/ (from <code-source> (ignore manifest Class-Path) in META-INF/boot.xml in

/u01/OAS10gR3/oracle/product/ If it contains different versions of the same classes, it will be masked as the latter is already visible in the search path of loader Agile.root:0.0.0.
13/02/22 20:15:13 java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In sqlplus, alter agile user identified by new password (where the new password contains upper case)
2. Run encrypt.cmd to encrypt the password
3. update
4. start application server
5. attempt to connect : Invalid username/password
