Need To Revoke Risky Privileges From Network Intelligence Application

Goal
We are in a process of production deployment of NETWORK INTELLIGENCE. As per the installation guide, along with other database privileges, following privileges are also required which we need to revoke -
DB User: NETINTEL_CORE
DROP ANY VIEW
DROP ANY TABLE
DROP ANY TRIGGER
CREATE ANY SYNONYM
CREATE ANY TRIGGER
DROP ANY DIRECTORY
DROP ANY PROCEDURE
CREATE ANY DIRECTORY
DROP PUBLIC DATABASE LINK
DROP ANY MATERIALIZED VIEW
DB User: NETINTEL_STG
DROP ANY VIEW
DROP ANY TABLE
DROP ANY TRIGGER
CREATE ANY SYNONYM
CREATE ANY TRIGGER
DROP ANY DIRECTORY
DROP ANY PROCEDURE
CREATE ANY DIRECTORY
DROP PUBLIC DATABASE LINK
DROP ANY MATERIALIZED VIEW
