Symptoms

The"Schematic Design" graphics do not preview or print while printing the CLR/DLR from a MetaSolv Solution application running in a Citrix environment.  Below is screenshot of the CLR Admin form for "Preview CLR" showing the missing "Schematic Design" graphics.
