Now Available: Oracle Utilities Billing Component latest 1.6 release

As of December 7, 2018, the 1.6.1.23 service pack release of Oracle Utilities Billing Component is available. This is a full release supported with Oracle database platform. This is an updated version of the General Release of 1.6 released March 30, 2010. For more detailed information on this release and how to download it, please see the links below.
