Symptoms

When attempting to perform Planning ODS Load the following error occurs.

Procedure MSC_CL_RPO_ODS_LOAD.LOAD_IRO_DEMAND started.
ORA-00920: invalid relational operator
ORA-00920: invalid relational operator
Sending message :-9999999 to monitor.

Steps:
1. (R) Order Management
2. (N) Scheduling / ATP Data Collection
3. Inspect the Planning ODS Load worker log files to observe the error
