FusionApps Directory Missing and No Log File Created Running Successful ALM, FTP, PFT Process (Doc ID 1309904.1)

When running an Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset Liability Management (ALM), or Profitability Management (OFSPM) process or allocation after installing 5.2 and the latest Service Pack, the process runs successfully but there is no log file output to the $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps directory.  The FusionApps directory does not exist. 

In "Application Preferences", you have already set "Debugging Output Level" to "Show All SQL".  You expect the FusionApps directory to exist and for an ofstp, ofsrm or ofspa log file to be in the directory after you run the process.

If you check the applications ini file (ex. ofstp.ini) $FIC_DB_HOME/conf, [debug] and FileName is un-commented:


However, there is no FusionApps directory and no log file is created.
