The Integration Manager (IM) suddenly stops processing Sync Plan Complete messages causing data in an integrated Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) and Oracle Enterprise Real Time Scheduling (ORS) environment to increasingly become out of sync. It continues until the IM is restarted.
