Performance Issue With Appointment Schedule Screen

Performance issue occurs when a large number of appointments (normal and/or standing) are created for a given day.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create large number of appointments (around 1500) for a particular day. This can include both Purchase Order(PO) type  and standing appointments
2. Open the Appointment Schedule screen. Notice that it takes nearly 5 minutes to open.
