Periodic Charge Notifications are Sent Outside the Time Configured in Advanced Call Services (ACS) Notification Template

When a Periodic Charge (PC) is configured, you may set up notifications, so that a PC subscriber will be notified by SMS (Short Messages Service) texts.  PC notifications can be enabled for different PC related events.

Quick how to configure a PC notification:

1.  Login to the Service Management System Graphical User Interface and navigate to the following screen:
ChargingMax -> Wallet Management -> Periodic Charges tab
2.  In the New/Edit Periodic Charge screen there is a Notifications option displayed.  Here is an example of the Notifications configuration options in the New Periodic Charge screen.

3.  Now select Notification templates that are defined in the Advanced Calling Services (ACS) Notification screens (ACS -> Configuration -> Notifications tab).  In the New/Edit Notification Type screen there is a "Delivery Time" section (bottom right corner) where you can define a "Not Before" and/or "Not After" time to prevent SMS notifications from being sent outside these times.  Here is an example of New Notification Type screen

However after setting up a PC with notification configuration, subscribers still receive SMS notifications outside the configured allowed hours, as defined in the ACS Notification template screens.  What should happen is that the notifications are queued and sent at the next earliest opportunity.
