Poor Performance Querying And Processing From Staging Table

Symptoms
In Store Inventory Management (SIM) system, find that average processing rate of messages from 'INTEGRATION_STAGING' table, summing up all the polling timers, rarely exceeds 1000 messages per minute.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send messages to Store Inventory Management (SIM) through Retail Integration Bus (RIB) (e.g. 10K messages of the same family).
