When a UPC (Ref Item) Is Deleted from a SKU in RMS, the UPC Is Not Deleted from the SKU in Oracle Retail Back Office (Doc ID 1311686.1)

Symptoms

When deleting items using DIMP to import Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS) bundles, the ID_IDN_PS table is not updated in Oracle Retail Back Office.  This prevents the barcode associated with a deleted item from being used by a new item.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Import an RMS bundle to delete an item.
  2. Check the ID_IDN_PS table for that item number.
  3. Observe that the UPC is not deleted.
