ccsMFileCompiler Is Not Closing its Connection with BeServer, Leaving The TCP Port in CLOSE_WAIT (Doc ID 1312089.1)

Symptoms

TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) ports stay in TCP status CLOSE_WAIT on the VWS (Voucher and Wallet Server). This TCP port status is a temporary state and should not remain long, however on the VWS that suffers from this problem, TCP ports reported in status CLOSE_WAIT are not cleared and accumulate with time.

Changes

The E2BE application software as changed and introduced another version of the following binary:
