Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) 7.2.6, after excluding a task from a sequential batch,find that the remaining tasks run in parallel.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect all tasks in a sequential batch to run in sequence even with an excluded task.

If a task is not excluded, the batch tasks do run sequentially as specified.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sequential batch with multiple tasks.
2. Run the batch -- see all tasks specified run sequentially.
3. Exclude a specific task.
4. Run the batch -- tasks now running in parallel.
