i.
The following error appears when opening HTML CRFs :
Error
Unknown error happened. Please contact system administrator. [Log Code: xxx]
null
ii.
The following error appears in the Windows 'Event Viewer' indicating an Apache crash :
Application error
Faulting application Apache.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module
apachemoduleoc4j.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000419b
iii.
The RDC Onsite web server needs to be restarted to clear the issue.
