Symptoms

On a new install of Retail Price Management (RPM), a fatal exception occurs when going to Price Inquiry and clicking Retrive Item Price.

Caused by: com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: Could not find any of the requested items. Item: com.retek.rpm.domain.admin.bo.SystemOptions
