Why "PCM_OP_SUSPENSE_SEARCH_RECYCLE" Is Not Working With The Large Value Of Poid_id0 ? (Doc ID 1312880.1)

Last updated on MARCH 23, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.3.0.0.0 and later
HP-UX Itanium (32-bit)

Purpose

When running pin_recycle to recycle the suspended_usage record with the large poid_id0 value
(e.g.1152921504607507747) in sort_rate_suspensecheck140.cdr, it gives the message 0 CDR processed even though there is an entry for the record in the given file.

The command we used:

When change the poid_id0 to a smaller size from 1152921504607507747 to 11529 and
then executed the same command it was working fine.
