Slow Pipeline Start-up (Doc ID 1313087.1)

Symptoms

Facing problems with the performance of pipeline start-up, which has increased over time from about 1 hour 30 minutes to almost 3 hours.

Based on initial investigation we found that the load account data takes the longest time. This stage takes 30 minutes on DB1; 1:10 minutes on DB2, which is a sharp increase overtime.

The goal is to remain at a stable startup time of 30 minutes.
