'Xmlhttp Error : 500 (Internal Server Error) Occurs When Opening CRFs in TEST mode. (Doc ID 1313102.1)

Symptoms

i.
RDC Onsite (4.5.3.25) TEST mode : the following error is displayed when trying to open a new CRF :

Error
This application has encountered a fatal error and will shut down.
XMLHttp request failed: 500 (Internal Server Error).



ii.
This does not occur in PROD mode.



iii.
The following error appears in the RDC Onsite 'Data Entyr' debug log file :

Function GenerateRDciData returns 4CheckPrivilege - 284900:User does not have the privilege to call this function in the current mode..
