OCSG 5.0 Stop Receiving SMS If User Sends Businesscard On Shortcode (Doc ID 1313483.1)

Symptoms

if user sends businesscard on shortcode e.g. 1234, OCSG 5.0 stops receiving SMS. See the following error messages:

[[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '2' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR
oracle.ocsg.plugin.sms.smpp.south.SMPPPluginSouthImpl - [Plugin_px21_smpp_eocn#wlng_nt_sms_px21#5.0.0] failed to get target information from plugin storage
oracle.ocsg.plugin.sms.smpp.south.NoMatchingOfflineNotificationException
at oracle.ocsg.plugin.sms.smpp.SMPPNorthboundHandler.searchBinaryNotificationInfo(SMPPNorthboundHandler.java:623)
at oracle.ocsg.plugin.sms.smpp.south.SMPPPluginSouthImpl.resolveAppInstanceGroupdId(SMPPPluginSouthImpl.java:348)
