Symptoms

When trying to start the LTMHServer or LTMHMonitor an error occurs, "Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection."

When starting the LTMHServer.bat in Windows Command Prompt the error can be seen:


When starting the LTMHMonitor, the error is displayed in a dialog window. The error seen is "Io Exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection."
