Changing mailQuota LDAP Attribute Has No Effect on User's Quota (Doc ID 1314111.1)

Customer modified mailQuota value on the LDAP server but the Messaging Server still behaves as if it has not been changed, even several days after the change.

User had mailQuota attribute changed from 100M to 1000M 4 days ago.  We can see the new value in LDAP:

Even if there are attempt to send mails to this user, the quota does not get updated.


Changed mailQuota LDAP attribute from mailQuota=100M to mailQuota=1000M.
