Symptoms

There is an account with one shared service i.e /service/telco/nbp_sharing.
Other services /service/telco/voip and /service/telco/gsm share the service i.e the /service/telco/nbp_sharing is the owner and the voip and GSM are the member services
when PCM_OP_BILL_MAKE_BILL is called.
First op_bill_make_bill is called and after this it tries to get the discount members for this account and after that the op_bill_make_bill is called recursively and the above steps repeat. For normal account the billing goes fine, what we have observed is for discount sharing group this issue is observed.
There is no core dump and the billing log keeps on running with op_bill_make_bill call infinetly till we kill the process.
