Issues With OCA Client "Memory Usuage Problems". (Doc ID 1315674.1)

Symptoms

Customer is facing the following memory issue with the OCA web client.

1) Login to OCA web client
2) Check the memory usage of the iexplorer process for the OCA client.
3) Open a WO query window
4) Close the WO query window of 3) (do nothing)
5) Check the memory usage of the iexplorer process for the OCA client.
6) Repeat 3),4),5)

Memory usage of the Internet Explorer was increasing indefinitely, which was causing applications to freeze and restart was needed.

The JRE is 1.5.0.
