When building a workbook in the global domain, the following error occurs in the Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) client and the rpas.log:

This error generally indicates a problem with the settings for nofiles, which is part of ulimits.

When printing the ulimits using the command 'ulimit -a', the ulimits look like they are set to accommodate the loads on the server.  The ulimit on the server is set to unlimited with over 65,000 inodes and only 2% are being used with other unlimited parameters.  Also, the test environment has less available inodes and the problem does not occur in that environment.
