Insight Initial ETL Taking Substancially Longer Than Expected (Doc ID 1316461.1)

Symptoms

The initial ETL takes long time to complete and hangs at about 92% complete. Current job being processed is UPDATE_RPT_REG_REPORTS with the following SQL:
